A decentralized exchange can be described as a smart contract system where trades are executed instantly once the trading conditions are met.

When a smart contract is created, a decentralized market maker automatically operates and provides trading services.

In this process, investors can receive a balanced supply of liquidity.

Digital assets that have been requested for staking will be excluded from the assets held, traded, and withdrawable within the member's account from the time of requesting staking until unstaking is completed.

The value of the digital asset itself that is subject to staking or unstaking may fluctuate regardless of this service, and any details of price fluctuations in digital assets during use of this service are attributed to the member, and the company does not intervene in this.

The rewards for staking will constantly change depending on the blockchain network conditions for each digital asset, and the company cannot intervene in this, and does not provide any guarantees to members regarding the level of rewards.

Members must check the level of reward payment for each digital asset through the detailed page on the website and apply for staking.

Assets in a pending staked (or unstaked) state do not accrue rewards.

This service is not a financial product protected by the Capital Market Act or the Financial Consumer Protection Act, and the compensation rate presented may vary depending on the operating environment of each virtual asset.

This staking solution may be changed or terminated early at our discretion.

Trading is supported only for virtual assets that have been finally approved through transaction support deliberation.

To ensure stable node management and service maintenance, 10% of the staking rewards are deducted and distributed as validator fees.

The staking service is not a financial (investment) product subject to the Capital Market Act or the Financial Consumer Protection Act, and the reward rate and other matters presented in this service may vary depending on the operating environment of each virtual asset.

If there are any accumulated rewards that have not been received, you must receive them all before you can withdraw your membership.

You can withdraw your membership after receiving the accumulated reward amount.

The expected staking reward rate for each virtual asset refers to the previous payment reward rate, and the reward rate is not guaranteed.

Members' virtual assets will never be used for any purpose other than staking.

Staking rewards are paid based on daily reward calculation criteria.

The rewards paid for participating in the staking service may be delayed or unavailable due to errors in the foundation policy or blockchain network, or problems with the node operator, and the company is not responsible for this. Even in this case, there will be no negative effects such as a decrease in the amount of virtual assets applied for staking, or non-return, and the company is responsible for any delay or suspension of reward payment due to the company's negligence.

Virtual assets for which staking has been requested will be excluded from the assets available for trading and withdrawal within the member's account from the time of staking request until unstaking is completed.

스테이킹에 따른 보상은 디지털 자산별 블록체인 네트워크 상황에 따라 상시적으로 변동하며, 회사는 이에 관여할 수 없고, 회원에게 보상 수준에 대해 어떠한 보장도 하지 않습니다. 

회원은 홈페이지 내 상세페이지를 통해 디지털 자산별 보상 지급 수준을 확인하고 스테이킹을 신청하여야 합니다.

스테이킹(또는 언스테이킹) 대기 상태 자산은 보상이 발생하지 않습니다.

해당 서비스는 자본시장법 또는 금융소비자보호법 등에 의해 보호받을 수 있는 금융상품이 아니며, 제시된 보상률은 가상자산별 운영환경에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다

본 스테이킹 솔루션은  당사 사정에 의해 변경 또는 조기 마감 될 수 있습니다.

거래지원 심의 의결을 통해 최종 승인된 가상자산에 한하여 거래를 지원합니다.

안정적인 노드 관리 및 서비스 유지를 위해 스테이킹 보상 시, 보상의 10%를 검증인(Validator) 수수료로 공제 후 분배해 드립니다.

스테이킹 서비스는 자본시장법 또는 금융소비자보호법 등이 적용되는 금융(투자)상품이 아니며, 본 건 서비스에서 제시되는 보상율 및 기타 사항은 

가상자산 별 운영 환경에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

미수령된 누적 보상 수량이 존재하는 경우 반드시 전부 수령이 완료된 이후에 회원 탈퇴가 가능합니다.

누적 보상 수량 수령 후 회원 탈퇴가 가능합니다.

가상자산별 스테이킹 예상 보상률은 직전의 지급 보상률을 뜻하며, 해당 보상률이 보장되지 않습니다.

회원의 가상자산은 스테이킹 목적 이외의 용도로는 절대 사용되지 않습니다.

일별 보상 산출 기준에 따라 스테이킹 보상을 지급합니다.

스테이킹 서비스 참여로 인해 지급되는 보상은 재단 정책 또는 블록체인 네트워크 상의 오류, 노드 운영사의 문제로 인해 지급이 지연되거나 불가할 수 있으며, 회사는 이에 따른 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 경우에도 스테이킹을 신청한 가상자산의 수량 감소, 미반환 등의 부정적인 영향은 없으며, 회사의 과실로 인한 보상 지급 지연 및 보류에 대해서는 회사가 책임을 부담합니다.

스테이킹을 신청한 가상자산은 스테이킹 신청 시부터 언스테이킹이 완료되기 전까지 회원의 계정 내 거래 및 출금 가능 자산에서 제외됩니다.
